6b Ilam Grove Kelson, Lower Hutt City

Here's a chance to enter the housing market in a great location. Kelsons just minutes from central Hutt.
This two bedroom home is perfect for young couples starting out or even investors.

Good sized open plan kitchen-dining-lounge with lovely afternoon sun. Neutral colours throughout, there's room still to add your own touches and this property would come up a treat.

With decks front and back you can utilize the outdoor areas for all weather. Single garage and off-street parking complete the package and of course the lovely elevated position means you overlook the hills in the distance.

This is a fantastic start!
