19 Macky Street Taita, Lower Hutt City

After being owned by the same family for over 70 years, a new family has the opportunity to spend happy years here. The home offers a very spacious and sunny living room with an original fireplace. Three double bedrooms and a large tidy kitchen with dining area plus good, tidy bathroom facilities including a separate shower. Sited on a 688sqm corner site with beautiful mature trees including amazing Kowhais and Pohutukawa, fruit trees and mature shrubs. Large double garage. The home is well maintained and ready to move in but would also respond well to modern decors and upgrading. There is a possibility the new owner may subdivide subject of course to council consent. Walking distance to train, bus, shops and schools.
