27 Hamstead Street Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt City

The vendor still recalls fond memories of when she used to visit the build site for this home 45 years ago, eagerly anticipating the completion of her new home. Wainuiomata was a fledgling town known as Nappy Valley and first home buyers flocked to secure a start to their new lives, now in 2018, the cycle can repeat with a new family ready to love their first home. Could that family be yours?
All day sun streams through during the day making for a bright and inviting home in the middle of Hamstead street. All three bedrooms have wardrobes and the whole house has been freshly painted
The garage/rumpus room is a great added bonus allowing for more living space outside of the house.
The fully fenced section is great for children or pets to play freely.
